Step 1: Sign up for a Free Trial
All memberships start with a free two week trial. Select your subscription term and then create your free account. Then, once you have joined, you will personalize your plan in four quick steps. See Step 2 below.
Step 2: Select Your Preferences
After you create your free account, we will quickly help you create your customized meal plan. Just follow the easy prompts when you first open your menu to select your:
- Food Preferences: beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, and vegetarian
- Dietary Needs: gluten free, reduced carb, nut free, dairy free, egg free, soy free and Heart Healthy
- State and Store: your plan is created based on the weekly specials at your selected store. Find your Store Here
- Plan Size: select your family size for your weekly plan
Step 3: Receive Your Customized Meal Plan
Each week, you’ll receive your customized meal plan for five easy and healthy dinners, paired with one to two sides, and the shopping list to make it happen. Your plan is created each week to use many of your local store specials, allowing you to save money on groceries.
And if there is ever anything you don’t like on your plan, you have tons of flexibility. You can swap out recipes with our suggested swap options, your previously favorited recipes, or from searching our entire database for more options. You can even swap in your own personal recipes!
Step 4: Shop in Store Or Order Online
Open the shopping list on our app, or use a printed list if that is your preference, and get everything you need for the week in one trip.
Or, order online through your store’s online shopping and delivery service, or our online integration with certain stores. You’ll love having an organized plan for dinner using fresh ingredients you’re buying on sale.
