The Meatless Monday movement was created to promote the benefits of plant based diets which include a variety of healthy and environmental benefits. You don’t need us to tell you that incorporating more meatless meals into your diet are good for you, but we can answer your real question, “Do vegetarian meals actually taste good and fulfill my hunger? The answer is yes. This easy vegetarian recipe is a great example of a meat-free dinner that uses reliable, comfortable flavors that most people enjoy.
This recipe is one of our member’s favorites and it is a great bridge for people that are interested in adding more meatless meals to their diet but have picky eaters or meat-loving family members that are wary of “strange’ ingredients. This one is a real keeper.
Members of The Dinner Daily know that we try to keep our meals under 30 minutes but this one takes slightly longer to make. But it is SO worth it. It also is a perfect one to make the night before or earlier in the day, and then just finish in the oven when it is time for dinner. Stuffed Shells Florentine is one of the recipes my kids ask for all the time, although they just call it “the big pasta shells with cheese”. We also receive many positive member comments on this one so you can make it with confidence!
