Preheat broiler or grill to high. In large serving bowl or deep platter, add chopped tomatoes and toss with oil, vinegar, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste. Spray a shallow baking pan (or sheet pan) with cooking spray. Place steak on pan and season with salt & pepper. Broil for 6 to 8 mins, turning once, or until desired level of doneness. Remove steak from oven and place on plate. Loosely cover to keep warm. Add bread to same pan, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and stir to coat. Place under broiler for 3 to 5 mins until toasted and golden. Slice steak into large pieces and add steak and bread to serving bowl. Combine with tomato mix and top with basil.
