Are you trying to use up any leftover ham but just cannot get excited about a night of leftovers that is a complete repeat of your holiday meal? We have a really easy weeknight dinner recipe to help you use up any leftover holiday ham without even touching the microwave.
This is so simple and you can use whatever veggies you have on hand. We used red and green peppers, baby carrots and some chopped cauliflower. We have also used snow peas, frozen peas, and water chestnuts. The point is use whatever you have in your crisper that will hold its crunch. It cooks in about 10 mins and if you do the prep in advance, dinner can come together very quickly. The kids loved this one too!
So if you were about to go grab that bag of split peas from the pantry for lack of anything else to do with all that ham, try this recipe out to change up your leftover routine!
