I’m Allison. I live in Washington DC, with my husband, my daughter Isla and our dog Lucy.
Getting dinner on the table after a long day of work is a struggle. What I love about The Dinner Daily is it just makes it so easy for me to plan meals ahead of time. It makes a really simple shopping list for me to use when I go to the store and when I set about to actually start cooking, the directions are easy.
Dinner is on the table pretty quickly, and it’s delicious. I’m always surprised when I make them how full of flavor they are and how interesting given the relatively short list of ingredients and the simple preparation.
I have more time to spend with Isla playing and not just cooking. I don’t think about it as I’m coming home, “what am I going to put on the table tonight? What leftovers do we have in the fridge?”… and we’re just able to enjoy more time together as a family.
