If you are looking for a menu that has more traditional recipes, and less spices or unique ingredients, you can always try our Stick to the Basics menu option.
To add this option to your weekly menu, simply go to the Dietary Preferences link in your account (on the left side of the screen on Desktop or in the top left menu on your phone). Select the Stick to the Basics option on this screen and hit Ok. A new menu will then be created for you with more basic style meals. Note: you may want to print or pdf your existing menu before you make this change since once you hit Ok, a new menu will be generated.
