Smoked Paprika, garlic, and lemon is a classic flavor combination that works well with many recipes. This one is no exception! It is very easy, requires little prep, and makes use of boneless chicken thighs. If you do not make use of this cut of meat, you should give this recipe a try. This very economical cut of chicken is often overlooked for the much more popular boneless chicken breast. Although boneless chicken thighs might seem a bit messier to work with, they are really delicious in many recipes. They also are great for the slow cooker. The slightly higher fat content means great flavor and results!
Also, if you don’t have smoked paprika, you can substitute with regular paprika. However, the smoked paprika really gives the chicken such a delicious flavor I would encourage you to add it to your spice rack. You will find many great uses for it. We love to sprinkle our smoked paprika on veggies before roasting or as a topping for baked potatoes with sour cream.
